Contact our Concierge team or visit your local Arhaus showroom within 14 days of delivery for furniture or 30 days for accessories to begin the return process.
Prepare Items for Pickup
Ensure all items are in original, like-new condition; for furniture returns, our white-glove delivery team will schedule a time to inspect and collect the piece from your home.
Verification and Inspection
Once the item is received at our distribution center, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to confirm it meets our return condition standards.
Receive Your Refund
After approval, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus applicable return shipping or restocking fees as outlined in our policy.
