You can track your order status through our online portal using your order number and email address. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, we provide regular updates as your item moves through production and shipping.
What is your return policy for furniture and decor?
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom 'Special Order' items are handcrafted specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
